Highlights

IBM increased qubit reset speed by 25× and released Qiskit v2.5, significantly reducing dead time in quantum circuits[19]. Columbia University discovered the first experimental candidate material for a fractional topological insulator, expanding the research scope of topological quantum states of matter[37].
